2ND ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

St. James Orthodox Mission Church invites you to our second annual benefit golf tournament to raise money for the St. James Orthodox Mission Church Building Fund. We have been blessed to have experienced growth over the past nine years since its founding, and it is our dream to someday purchase or build a permanent home.

CHARITY PROCEEDS

A portion of proceeds will benefit Refugee Services of Texas. All remaining net proceeds will benefit the St. James Building Fund. Both organizations are 501(c)(3) registered with the IRS.

REGISTRATION & PRIZE INFORMATION

FEES

Fees include driving range (warm-ups), 18 holes, cart, dinner,* shotgun start, and 4-person scramble.

$150 per individual
$600 per four-some

PRIZES

Prizes will be given for closest to the pin and the longest drive.
Everyone is welcome to participate in a live auction and raffle prizes.

DEADLINE

The deadline to register is Sunday, April 30, 2023.

*If you are only interested in participating in the dinner, you can purchase a ticket for $50/person. Please contact one of the volunteers listed at the bottom of this page for more information.

SPONSORSHIP & DONATION OPPORTUNITIES

The church is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization and is in need of sponsors and donors to help facilitate the golf tournament in raising funds for the growing needs of the church. Contributions to the St. James Orthodox Mission Church Building Fund are fully tax deductible.

SPONSORSHIP

We invite you to be a sponsor for this event by choosing to be an "18 Hole" Sponsor for our inaugural benefit golf tournament. What this means is we are looking for individuals, organizations, or businesses to sponsor one of the 18 holes of the golf course. By being a sponsor, you will be promoting your company or organization to a group of people in our community as well as the many area professionals who will be participating in the golf tournament itself. It will be sponsors like you who help our event reach its goal of raising money for our parish needs and helping us undertake the many charitable service projects that are an integral part of our ministry.

Your generous donation will help us in ensuring our first ever tournament is a success and ultimately help us in continuing to deliver on our mission of helping the community.
